Boxercise involves the use of boxing drills combined with strength and conditioning. It is excellent not only to re-strengthen your painful areas but it improves your cardiovascular fitness, mood, weight loss, energy levels and self-confidence.
Sessions are suitable for every-levels and have normally 30 or 45 minutes duration.
