Sports Performance Training is a fantastic way to improve your sporting performance. Regular exercise and sporting activities play a huge part in many people’s lives. Many of the injuries and performance failures that occur in sport are as a result of muscular imbalances, incorrect loading or poor technique; all of these things lead to the overuse of the bodies key areas and muscle groups.

What is Sports Performance Training?
Sports performance training is designed to improve your fitness, with the overall goal of raising performance levels while playing sport. Specialist Sports Performance Training differs from personal training as it focusses on preparing an individual for competing in a certain sport rather than focusing on improving overall strength and fitness.
For example, a tennis player will be performing exercises that mimic the movement patterns required on the tennis court during sports performance training. During a session, a tennis player will be focussing on lateral movements, reactions, core strength and high-intensity interval training
